Our Story
MedStaff Nationwide was founded in 2016 with one simple mission: to deliver premium-level recruitment service on a contingency basis — giving healthcare organizations retainer-quality results with zero risk.
It started humbly — inside an 8×8 back office at 599 New Haven Avenue in Milford, Connecticut, rented from a local physician. From that small space came a big idea: combine exceptional service, relentless work ethic, and emerging technology to create a new standard in healthcare recruitment.
By 2021, that idea had grown into a national operation. MedStaff completed construction of its state-of-the-art headquarters at 93 Boston Post Road in Milford, designed from the ground up to support innovation, training, and nationwide client service.
Today, MedStaff is recognized as one of the country's leading permanent-placement healthcare recruitment firms — trusted by more than 600 healthcare partners across 38 states and responsible for over 500 placements this year alone.
Our reach is national, but our mindset is boutique: we focus only on select specialties and know them better than anyone — from Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Dentists to Registered Nurses and Masters Level Clinicians.
