4. User Accounts and Registration

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our recruitment services. This includes sharing your information with potential employers.
6.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
7. For Candidates
7.1 Job Applications
When you apply for positions through our services:
- You authorize us to submit your application to employers
- You consent to background checks and credential verification
- You understand that we do not guarantee job placement
- You agree to inform us of any offers or acceptances
7.2 No Fee for Candidates
Our recruitment services are provided to candidates at no cost. We are compensated by employers upon successful placements.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MedStaff Nationwide or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
9. Disclaimers

- Job placement or employment
- Specific salary or compensation outcomes
- Availability of positions in specific locations or specialties
- Compatibility between candidates and employers
9.2 Service "As Is"
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.3 Third-Party Content
Job postings and employer information are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedStaff Nationwide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Any content obtained from our services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
