With over 250 residents and fellows in training, this role offers the chance to impact future healthcare professionals while providing exemplary patient care.

Position Overview

As an Inpatient Teaching Physician, you will balance clinical responsibilities with teaching and supervising residents and fellows. You will manage hospitalized patients, perform assessments, develop care plans, write discharge summaries, and guide residents throughout their inpatient care experience. This role is critical in maintaining the required faculty-to-resident ratios and ensuring the strength of the residency and fellowship programs.

Position Highlights

✓ Competitive base salary starting at $225,000

✓ Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus

✓ $15,000 relocation assistance

✓ Associate Program Director stipend ($30,000) if applicable

Compensation & Benefits
