Clinical Director – Lead a Transformative Youth Residential Program

Position Overview

As the Clinical Director, you will lead clinical operations at our residential campus, focusing on trauma-informed and evidence-based care. You will supervise and mentor a team of clinicians, ensuring compliance and documentation standards. Your role will include developing programs, supporting crisis intervention, and overseeing therapy services. While primarily leadership-focused, you may maintain a small caseload to stay connected to clinical practice.

  • Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate is a compassionate leader with a master's degree in social work or counseling, holding an LISW-S or PCC-S license in Ohio. With at least five years of leadership experience in youth residential or behavioral health settings, you excel in trauma-informed care and have a passion for mentoring clinicians and driving program innovation.
