Position Overview

As the Clinical Medical Director, you will balance clinical practice with leadership responsibilities. Spend 75% of your time providing high-quality patient care, focusing on preventive services and managing both acute and chronic conditions. Work within a collaborative, team-based care model that emphasizes social determinants of health. In your leadership role, mentor fellow providers, guide clinical staff, and uphold the highest standards of care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $194,830 - $301,993 (based on experience)

    The ideal candidate will have at least three years of primary care experience, with two years in a leadership or Medical Director role preferred. A strong foundation in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and a collaborative mindset is essential. Candidates must have or be eligible for Oregon state medical licensure, DEA certification, and possess strong communication and technological skills.
