Position Overview

As the Chief Medical Officer, you will balance clinical practice with leadership duties—spending approximately two and a half days per week providing direct patient care. Your clinical schedule will include full days at one of the organization’s key locations and shared clinics, with some flexibility. Leadership responsibilities encompass overseeing medical and pharmacy departments, ensuring clinical quality, and mentoring the clinical staff. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to align the organization’s clinical vision and maintain high standards of care.

    The ideal candidate is an MD or DO with an active Iowa medical license and board certification.
