As the Director of OBGYN, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing women's health services and driving strategic initiatives.

Position Overview

As the Director of OBGYN, you will oversee strategic planning and implementation of care management programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical excellence. You will lead the medical staff, develop policies, and ensure compliance while fostering inter-departmental collaboration. Clinical responsibilities include coordinating and providing OB/GYN care, supervising nurse practitioners, and conducting essential exams and treatments. There are no delivery responsibilities, and your schedule is primarily weekdays with minimal weekend commitments.

Position Highlights

✓ Competitive salary range: $250,000 - $275,000 DOE

✓ 6 weeks of PTO (4 weeks' vacation + 10 personal days)

    The ideal candidate is a board-certified OBGYN physician with leadership experience and a passion for community health. An MD is required, and an MBA is preferred. You should be adept at articulating positions, teaching, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports high-quality patient care.
