As a Family Medicine Physician, you will play a crucial role in a supportive environment, offering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

Position Overview

In this role, you will provide expert medical evaluations, devise individualized treatment plans, and manage a patient load of approximately 17-18 daily. While you will be the sole physician on-site, you will supervise and collaborate with a Family Nurse Practitioner and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, quality care. The position involves on-call duties, but emergency calls typically range from 2-5 per month.

Compensation & Benefits

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician with an active Pennsylvania medical license and a commitment to delivering compassionate care. Strong EMR proficiency is essential, with Centricity experience preferred. You should be adept at handling high-stress situations calmly and have excellent communication skills.
