Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients across the lifespan. Your role involves managing both acute and chronic conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a supportive team. Utilize electronic health records and MyChart to enhance patient care, ensure timely documentation, and promote preventative health measures. Occasionally participate in after-hours call and serve as the provider of the day.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $119,053 - $178,569 (based on experience)
