Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will deliver primary care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients across several Brooklyn locations, with an additional weekly commitment at a clinic in Long Island City. Your responsibilities will include patient history taking, diagnosing, treatment planning, well-care exams, and gynecological care when indicated. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated care team, utilizing EMR systems and participating in health promotion and disease prevention efforts.

Position Highlights

✓ Base salary of approximately $150,000 annually
