Position Overview

As a Gynecologist, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care across at least two rural health clinics, including locations in Bisbee, Douglas, and Palominas. Enjoy a flexible work schedule, selecting either full-time or part-time arrangements, with options for traditional or alternate schedules like two weeks on/two weeks off. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care in a collaborative environment.

Position Highlights

✓ Salary: $310,000/year for full-time

✓ RVU-based bonuses available

✓ Sign-on bonus ($50k) and relocation assistance

✓ $4,500 plus 1 week of paid time for CME

✓ 10 paid holidays

✓ 15 vacation days (3 weeks) + 120 hours of sick leave (3 weeks) = 6 weeks PTO in year one

✓ Sick time accrual grows up to 220 hours (5.5 weeks) = 8.5 weeks total PTO
