Location: Southampton, NY | Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Join a leading community health organization as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in their outpatient vascular team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in a private practice setting while being part of an integrated care team. With multiple community practice sites across the East End of Long Island, you'll provide seamless specialty care in vascular surgery and vein care, ensuring patients receive coordinated services close to home.

Position Overview

As an LPN in this dynamic role, you will support both office-based consults and ongoing vascular condition management. You'll work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for exams, documenting vital signs, assisting with procedures, and educating patients on treatment plans. Travel between multiple locations is required, with mileage reimbursement available.
