Position Overview

As a Psychiatric Physician Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing critical care to those facing serious mental health and developmental challenges. Your work will include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, managing medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. After initial daytime training, you will transition to a night shift schedule, playing a vital role in the new 24/7 service model.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $117,021.63 – $157,063.92
  • $5,000 signing bonus
  • Medical, vision, and dental benefits at no premium for employees and dependents
  • Up to $2,500 annually in a Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • 5% retirement match
  • 19.5 days of paid time off per year, plus paid holidays
  • Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate is a compassionate, team-oriented professional with a strong commitment to behavioral health. You should hold a Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, be fully licensed in Michigan, and possess excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills. Experience with mental health or developmental disabilities is preferred, along with a collaborative spirit and a passion for community service.
