We are opening a groundbreaking 24/7 behavioral health urgent care and stabilization center. This facility offers an innovative alternative to emergency rooms, providing immediate psychiatric care and stabilization services. As part of our commitment to compassionate and innovative crisis care, we are seeking a Medical Director to lead our new crisis services team.

Position Overview

As the Medical Director of Crisis Services, you will oversee clinical and operational functions at our new crisis receiving center. You will manage the psychiatric emergency department and a voluntary stabilization unit, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Your role includes conducting psychiatric assessments, supervising clinical staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, and supporting seamless transitions of care. You will be pivotal in shaping our crisis services strategy and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $280,000–$320,000

    The ideal candidate is a board-certified psychiatrist with a passion for crisis services and behavioral health innovation. You should have 3–5 years of experience in crisis or substance use treatment and possess strong leadership skills. Familiarity with EMR systems and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this dynamic role.
