Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse in this full-time role, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive medical and behavioral health care to adolescents aged 12 to 18. You'll conduct health assessments, manage medications, and offer direct medical support across various on-campus programs. This position involves clinical supervision of LPNs and med techs, requiring effective communication and collaboration within a residential treatment setting.

    The ideal candidate will hold a current Virginia RN license and CPR/BLS certification, with at least one year of experience in adolescent, psychiatric, or case management nursing. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Success in this role requires technological competence and familiarity with electronic medical records, alongside a compassionate and structured approach to nursing care.
