Position Overview

As an Afternoon Psychiatric Nurse, you'll be vital in addressing the healthcare needs of adolescents aged 12 to 18. You'll conduct clinical assessments, oversee medication management, and respond to both routine and acute medical needs. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll ensure residents receive top-notch care, guiding LPNs and medication technicians to maintain high standards.

Position Highlights

    The ideal candidate is a compassionate RN with a current Virginia license, CPR, BLS, and First Aid certifications. A minimum of one year in adolescent or psychiatric care is required. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred. You should excel in critical thinking and communication, and thrive in a mission-driven environment.
