Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse in our outpatient cardiology setting, you'll provide direct clinical support and coordinate patient care, working closely with attending surgeons and collaborating physicians. Your responsibilities will include obtaining medical histories, assisting with physical assessments, and supporting care planning before and after procedures. You'll also educate patients on managing vascular conditions and ensure seamless care transitions between locations. This role involves travel to multiple sites, requiring reliable transportation and adaptability to different physician workflows.
Position Highlights
✓ Competitive hourly rate: $37.92–$45.08 (Based on experience)
✓ Full-time, weekday day shifts (No routine nights or major holidays)
✓ Travel to five practice sites (Mileage/expense covered per policy)
✓ Vascular experience required; critical care background preferred
✓ NYS RN license required; ACLS/BLS preferred
✓ PTO: 3 weeks rising to 4 weeks at 5 years
✓ 10 paid holidays, including 2 floating days
