Residential Treatment Specialist – Safe and Supportive Environment for At-Risk Youth

Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule: Full-time with flexible shifts (7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, or 11pm-7:30am)

As a Residential Treatment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and development of young residents.

Position Overview

In this role, you will provide direct care to children and adolescents aged 11-17, focusing on their safety, emotional support, and structured daily routines. You will engage with residents through one-on-one interactions and group activities, helping to manage behaviors and contribute to their personal growth. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and ensure accurate documentation of each resident's progress.

    The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a passion for making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth. You should have a high school diploma with three years of residential experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least one year of experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass required screenings are essential.
