As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we offer integrated services across ten healthcare centers, focusing on comprehensive primary, dental, and behavioral healthcare. We are seeking a visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead our statewide network of health centers, driving clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Position Overview

In this pivotal role, the Chief Medical Officer will oversee all clinical programs, ensuring care meets the highest standards across our diverse community. You will lead a team of dedicated providers, mentoring them to deliver patient-centered care. The CMO will participate in strategic planning, enhance clinical performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Regular visits to health centers are expected to support and guide providers directly.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $250,000-$300,000 guaranteed salary
  • $30,000 retention bonus annually with a 3-year contract
  • $100,000 loan repayment
  • $5,000 CME allowance and 40 hours for CME
  • $5,000 relocation reimbursement
  • Guaranteed 2.5% annual salary increase
  • Paid malpractice with full tail coverage

    The ideal candidate is a licensed physician (MD or DO) with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics, and at least seven years of clinical leadership experience.
