Position Overview

As a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist in this outpatient setting, you will provide thoughtful, patient-centered care with an average daily volume of 8–12 patients. Appointments are structured to allow 20–30 minutes for medication management and 45–60 minutes for initial evaluations. The role includes one 24-hour phone-only call shift approximately every three weeks and three weekends of call per year for the facility’s 16-bed inpatient unit. The position does not require a Suboxone waiver, thanks to the support of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total earning potential up to $260,000
  • Base salary of $215,000–$225,000, plus productivity bonuses
  • - Typical bonus range: $12,000–$36,000
  • - $24,000 was the average bonus last year
  • 27 days of paid time off
