Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on chronic disease management, acute visits, and wellness care. Work alongside a dedicated team of medical, behavioral health, and support staff. Enjoy a balanced schedule with 35 clinical hours and 5 administrative hours weekly, typically spread over four days. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with extended hours on Thursdays, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
