Position Overview

As an In-Home Therapist, you will deliver strength-based, intensive family therapy to children and families within their homes and communities in Plymouth County. Your role involves supporting youth with mental health challenges through therapeutic interventions and connecting families with essential community resources. Collaboration with schools, courts, and other agencies is vital to ensure comprehensive support for families.
