Position Overview

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be a key leader within the facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff development. Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, with at least five years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment. An independent clinical license (LADC1, LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) is required. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills are essential, along with a commitment to best practices in addiction treatment.
