Position Overview

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be a key leader within the facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff development. Your responsibilities include overseeing clinical reviews, mentoring counseling staff, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards. Collaborate closely with various teams to coordinate treatment services and participate in program planning. This role allows you to blend leadership with direct patient interaction, fostering both professional growth and patient recovery.

  • Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus

  • Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, with at least five years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment. An independent clinical license (LADC1, LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) is required. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills are essential, along with a commitment to best practices in addiction treatment.
