Position Overview

As the Medical Director, you will lead the clinical team while still engaging in direct patient care. Spend three days a week on leadership responsibilities, enhancing the quality of care across the organization, and two days providing comprehensive outpatient care to adolescents and adults. Your role will include serving as a collaborating physician for nurse practitioners and managing various health conditions, all supported by a robust electronic health record system.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary between $275k-$300k DOE
