Position Overview

As a full-time Primary Care Physician, you'll provide comprehensive care in outpatient clinics located in Greenport, with rotations in Peconic and Sag Harbor. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include patient evaluations, managing acute and chronic illnesses, coordinating care, and leading a clinical team. You'll work closely with nurses and medical assistants, ensuring exceptional care delivery and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record. Leadership opportunities include mentoring and possibly training less experienced providers.
