Position Overview

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients. Your role includes obtaining patient histories, diagnosing and managing conditions, performing exams, prescribing medications, and ensuring accurate EMR documentation. You will also supervise mid-level providers, collaborate with specialists, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. This role blends clinical leadership with direct patient care, focusing on prevention and education.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $210,000 annually
  • Four weeks of vacation plus nine paid holidays in the first year

  • Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate will hold a Medical Degree with board certification in Family Medicine and an active New York State medical license. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, and proficiency in Spanish or another language is a plus. You should be passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care and thrive in a collaborative, mission-focused setting.
