Position Overview

As an outpatient psychiatrist, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management to adult patients. You will lead a multidisciplinary behavioral health team, including a psychiatric nurse practitioner, therapists, and administrative support staff. The role includes supervising the psychiatric NP and serving as the behavioral health site supervisor. With minimal on-call duties and no weekend work, this position offers a balanced schedule conducive to professional growth and patient care excellence.

Position Highlights

✓ Competitive base salary range of $270,000 to $300,000

✓ No weekend requirements; rotating call schedule every 3-4 weeks

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a board-certified or board-eligible adult psychiatrist who thrives in a team-based setting. Experience with E Clinical Works is a plus, though training will be provided.
