Position Overview

As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll balance supervision, direct care, and administrative duties. Overseeing a team of five to six staff members, you'll ensure treatment plan oversight, compliance, and ongoing clinical development. Your day will involve mentoring case managers, facilitating evidence-based practice groups, and collaborating with clinical supervisors across the organization.

Compensation & Benefits

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of substance use treatment and mental health care, along with experience in a supervisory role. A professional license such as LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, or LADC I is required. You should be a natural leader with a passion for developing a dedicated clinical team.
