Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will manage a patient panel of approximately 300 individuals, primarily adults aged 25–55. You'll play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care with 30-minute appointments, ensuring thorough and meaningful interactions. Supported by a collaborative team and using the EPIC EMR system, you will work alongside physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Position Highlights

✓ Full-time position with a balanced schedule

✓ Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

✓ Tuesday and Thursday extended hours: until 8:00 p.m.

✓ Saturday mornings: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

✓ Sundays and Mondays off

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rate: $55.64–$69.17 per hour
  • Holiday quality bonus: $30 per patient

  • Ideal Candidate

    The ideal provider will have at least three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a strong background in both adult and pediatric care. Proficiency in Spanish is required. You should be comfortable managing a variety of cases in both primary and urgent care settings and thrive in an environment that values education, quality improvement, and professional development.
