Position Overview

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will collaborate with a team including a Behavioral Health Director and a part-time psychiatrist to deliver direct care to patients with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. Your role will focus on evaluation, diagnosis, prescription management, and the development of treatment plans. While you will have the support of a seasoned team, you will also enjoy the autonomy of leading initiatives and case conferences. The position is structured around a balanced schedule with a mix of clinical and non-clinical hours, using EPIC EMR for documentation.

  • Competitive salary range: $145,000 - $165,000, depending on experience

    The ideal candidate will be a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over two years of experience, passionate about working with underserved populations. They should be comfortable functioning independently, with a collaborative spirit and a mission-driven mindset. Proficiency in EPIC EMR and bilingual abilities, especially in Vietnamese, are highly beneficial.
