Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you'll manage a panel of approximately 300 patients, ensuring continuity of care in an outpatient primary and urgent care setting. You'll serve a diverse adult population, primarily aged 25-55, with 30-minute patient appointments to allow for thorough, patient-centered visits. Supported by a collaborative care team including physicians, PAs, LPNs, MAs, and RNs, you'll work with the EPIC EMR system to deliver quality care.
