Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide a full spectrum of primary care services to patients, including health maintenance, chronic condition management, and acute illness care. The typical schedule includes seeing 9-12 patients per day and may involve evening shifts and a Saturday rotation. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, including RNs and MAs, and have access to language interpreters to better serve the large Vietnamese population, among others. The clinic uses Epic EMR to streamline patient care.
