Family Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Primary Care (No Weekends or Call)

Location: Pasco, WA

Schedule: Four 10-hour days, Monday through Friday

Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner in this primary care setting, you'll deliver patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. Typical duties include conducting exams, managing acute and chronic illnesses, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. You'll see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day, supported by two medical assistants and integrated mental health professionals.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $135,000, up to $150,000 based on experience
  • Productivity incentive of $24 per RVU after 4,000 RVUs
