Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in managing acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare needs. Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of conditions. Participate in daily team huddles, care coordination, and population health management, all while maintaining accurate and timely charting.
