Position Overview

As a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician, you'll deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a team-based environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and a pediatrician. Enjoy a professional yet approachable workplace with a focus on work-life balance. The clinic uses eClinicalWorks EMR to enhance patient care and efficiency.

Position Highlights

✓ 100% outpatient care with no required evening shifts

✓ Flexible schedule with the option for a four-day workweek

✓ Average of 18-20 patients per day, with protected administrative time

✓ No requirement to work Saturdays, though some weekend coverage is shared

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed salary of $236,000-$241,000
  • $100,000 loan repayment
  • $5,000 CME allowance and 40 hours of CME time off
  • $5,000 relocation reimbursement
  • Retention bonus and 2.5% minimum annual salary increase

The ideal candidate will have completed a residency in Family or Internal Medicine and hold or be eligible for an Indiana medical license and DEA registration.
