Position Overview

As the Associate Medical Director, you will lead the day-to-day clinical operations within the outpatient primary care team. This role is perfect for a physician who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a mix of clinical practice and leadership. You'll directly manage patient care, supervise a team of Family Nurse Practitioners, and collaborate with the leadership team to enhance clinical operations. Expect a balanced schedule of direct patient care, administrative duties, and leadership activities.

Position Highlights

✓ Competitive Salary: $225,000 - $275,000

✓ Flexible work schedule: Full-time or part-time, with potential remote day

✓ No call requirements

✓ 15 days of vacation, increasing to 20 days after two years
