Position Overview

As a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician in this outpatient setting, you'll provide high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population. You'll work within a team-based model that includes primary care, behavioral health, and dental services, utilizing eClinicalWorks for electronic medical records. The typical schedule is flexible, allowing for a four-day workweek with no evening or major holiday hours. Patient volume averages 18 to 20 per day, with time allocated for administrative duties.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $236,000-$241,000 guaranteed salary
  • $100,000 loan repayment
  • $5,000 CME allowance with 40 hours for CME
  • $5,000 relocation reimbursement

  • Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate is an MD or DO with a completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, who is board-certified or board-eligible. You should have or be eligible for an Indiana license and an active DEA license. A commitment to community health and an interest in working with underserved populations are essential.
