Position Overview

As a Pediatrician in this outpatient setting, you'll deliver compassionate care to a diverse patient population. You will work alongside two physicians and two nurse practitioners, seeing approximately 18 to 20 patients daily in a team-based environment with integrated behavioral health support. The clinic operates with eClinicalWorks EMR and follows a flexible, collaborative care model. Your schedule includes 35 patient care hours and 5 administrative hours weekly.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed salary: $236,000 - $241,000
  • $100,000 in loan repayment
  • $5,000 CME allowance with 40 hours off
  • $5,000 relocation stipend
  • Retention bonus and annual salary increase of at least 2.5%
  • Full malpractice coverage through FTCA

  • Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate is a compassionate, mission-driven Pediatrician who holds an MD or DO degree, has completed a Pediatric Residency, and is Board-Certified or Board-Eligible. A license to practice in Indiana is required, or candidates must be eligible to obtain one. A passion for community-focused care and making a lasting impact on underserved populations is essential.
