Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting. You’ll work in collaboration with a dedicated team of behavioral health and wellness professionals, with a focus on integrated care. Expect a patient census of approximately 20 patients per 8-hour day. While support from physicians is available, independence in patient care is essential.
