Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver primary healthcare across the lifespan, conducting histories, physical exams, immunizations, and acute care management. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of physicians and nurses, supported by EMR systems transitioning to EPIC. Enjoy a flexible schedule with the option of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, treating 18-25 patients per day. Your role includes attending bi-weekly team meetings, reporting to the Medical Director, and providing compassionate care to underserved communities.
