Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be a vital part of an outpatient urgent care and primary care team. You’ll serve patients of all ages, delivering both acute and preventive care. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, managing chronic conditions, diagnosing and treating common illnesses, performing minor procedures, and promoting long-term wellness through health education. The role encourages collaboration with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.
