This physician-led organization is dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care rather than high-volume medication management. Position Overview

As a Psychiatrist, you will conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for a diverse patient population with conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. You'll enjoy a hybrid work model with telepsychiatry options, in-office sessions for specific treatments, and no hospital or inpatient duties. The typical schedule is 43 to 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $290,000 to $320,000 annually
  • Total compensation with bonus potential up to $350,000 annually
  • 100% employer-paid malpractice insurance from day one
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance after 90 days
  • 15 days of paid time off in years one and two; 20 days beginning year three

    The ideal candidate will be an MD or DO Psychiatrist who is clinically confident, dependable, and eager to develop lasting patient relationships.
