- There is no retainer and no fee until a clinician starts. The placement fee is a percentage of first-year base compensation, agreed in writing before the search opens, and every placement includes a replacement guarantee.

- Physicians across specialties, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, CRNAs, registered nurses and nursing leaders, therapists, psychologists, dentists, and dental hygienists, for permanent placement. Interim coverage runs through MedStaff Locum Tenens. Each has a dedicated recruiting page describing how we run that search.

- Our average time-to-fill across permanent clinical searches is 27 days from signed agreement to accepted offer, with licensing and credentialing started in parallel so the start date holds.
