Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Clinic (3-Day Weekends!)

Location: Interlachen, FL | Schedule: 4-day workweek, Monday-Thursday

Position Overview

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will deliver full-scope family medicine care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and women’s health services. You'll work alongside an APRN team in a rural setting, offering primary care to a diverse patient population. The clinic operates Monday through Thursday, allowing for extended weekends every week. You'll participate in a shared on-call rotation, primarily handled by phone, with infrequent call duties.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary $220,000–$240,000, DOE
  • $12,000 sign-on bonus
  • $6,000 relocation assistance

    The ideal candidate is a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician who is comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting. Expertise in women’s health is a must, and a dedication to making a positive community impact will ensure success in this role.
