Position Overview

As a Pediatrician, you'll provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse pediatric population. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating various illnesses, conducting newborn nursery rounds at a nearby medical center, and collaborating with a family medicine residency program. You'll engage in mentorship, teaching, and policy development, supported by a robust electronic medical records system.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $163,200.00 to $213,000.00 annually
  • Eligibility for NHSC Loan Repayment or State Loan Repayment programs
  • 27 days of PTO, 3 personal days, 1 floating holiday, and 8 paid holidays
  • $3,000 annual CME allowance and 5 days of CME time
  • FTCA coverage – no external malpractice or tail coverage required
  • Medical/Dental/Vision coverage starting the first of the month after 30 days
