Position Overview
As the Clinical Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Young Adult Services program, supervising both clinical and case management staff. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and funding requirements, while fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering client-centered care to young adults with diagnosed mental illnesses.

Compensation & Benefits
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) with at least five years of clinical experience and three years in a supervisory role.
