The team consists of nine physicians and fifteen advanced practice providers, all working together to provide collaborative, culturally responsive care.

Position Overview

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population. You'll manage both acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based protocols, fostering long-term patient relationships and promoting preventative care. The role emphasizes collaboration with behavioral health providers and nursing staff to deliver whole-person care. Expect to see approximately 18-20 patients per day with the support of a robust clinical infrastructure and a modern electronic health record system.
