Position Overview

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will practice within an integrated, team-based model alongside a diverse group of healthcare professionals. The focus is on delivering comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, emphasizing Medicaid, uninsured, and underserved communities. You will typically see 15-20 patients per day, providing preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and patient education. Support from experienced medical assistants and nurses ensures a smooth workflow.
