Position Overview
In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting, focusing on evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and chronic disease management. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of advanced practice providers, nurses, and other clinical staff. Your responsibilities will include educating patients on wellness and prevention, coordinating ongoing care, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Expect to see approximately 20 patients per day, ensuring that you can deliver thoughtful and patient-centered care.
