Position Overview
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population. Your daily responsibilities include routine health maintenance, chronic disease management, and acute illness care. Engage in patient histories, physicals, developmental and risk assessments, cancer screenings, and health promotion education. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using Epic EMR and participate in an on-call system to ensure 24/7 patient access to care.
